A Bit About Me

I'm Dr. Praveen Pankajakshan — a veterinarian and livestock operations specialist with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary, on-the-ground experience across India, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and West Africa, complemented by exposure to livestock systems in Brazil, the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.

What I Do

Through Aarday Global, I provide end-to-end advisory and veterinary leadership across the GCC and Africa. My consultancy is structured around the complete farm value chain:

  • Strategic farm planning, site selection and full project setup — from green-field design to commissioning.

  • Vertical integration strategy so farm owners capture more margin instead of giving it away to middlemen.

  • Genetic improvement programs and structured breeding (AI, ultrasound scanning, oestrous synchronization, embryo transfer).

  • Climate-adapted nutrition program design — the lever that controls 70–80% of an operation's running cost.

  • Biosecurity, herd health protocols, and disease surveillance to drive down mortality and protect ROI.

  • Livestock import, export, quarantine and acclimatization, fully compliant with UAE, Qatar and origin-country regulations.

  • Wildlife and exotic-animal management, conservation breeding, and translocation.

  • Budgeting, financial projections, and operational optimization for hobby farms through to commercial-scale projects.

Real Experience, Real Results

  • Slashed mortality by redesigning vaccination and herd-health protocols from the ground up.

  • Designed cost-controlled nutrition programs balancing optimal animal performance against feed economics.

  • Introduced ultrasound scanning and oestrous synchronization to lift fertility rates and accelerate flock expansion.

Wildlife Veterinarian — Wadi Wurayah National Park, Fujairah  (Sept 2021 – Feb 2023)

Veterinary Doctor — Royal Family Palace, Fujairah  (May 2015 – Jun 2019)

  • Managed a diverse collection of wildlife, exotic and domestic species for a royal establishment.

  • Oversaw international import, quarantine, and acclimatization of animals, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

  • Developed and enforced bio-security protocols that established and maintained disease-free status.

Veterinary Surgeon — Sahrudaya Veterinary Hospital, India  (Apr 2011 – Apr 2015; Aug 2019 – Aug 2021)
